Classical ballet for children, ages 4-10
It helps their proper development. The exercises are adapted to the child’s age and they help in developing coordination, strengthening muscles, gaining orientation in space, developing musicality and sense of rhythm. By exercising, through play and fun, a sense of responsibility and discipline.
The school program covers public classes, participation in various cultural events, performances. The school also prepares children for enrollment in the first grade of elementary ballet school.

Classical ballet for children aged 10+ helps their proper development. The exercises are adapted to the age of the child and develop coordination, strengthen muscles, develop musicality, sense of rhythm, orientation in space. Exercise instills a sense of responsibility and discipline in the child.
The school’s program includes public classes, participation in the school’s annual concert, and participation in various cultural events.
The programs train and prepare children for enrollment in the 1st grade of elementary ballet school.
Hip hop, ages 10-14
Hip hop is a dance that involves the movement of the whole body with energetic music. Encourages precision, proper posture, but also enables the free expression of the child, their creativity. Hip hop class is made of warm-up, choreography, dance exercises as well as strength exercises and stretching, adapted to a certain age. Through dance we learn how to treat each other, what it means to be a part of a team, but also what it means to be disciplined at work. All that through a lot of fun and smiles.
Contemporary dance, ages 10+
Contemporary dance is a new and modern kind of dance, which is the forerunner of the classic ballet, but allows more freedom and movement of the body.This dance is adapted to the human body, therefore it is more natural. The main features of contemporary dance are contact with the floor and movement through space. Like other types of dance, including sports, contemporary dance strives to teach each movement and exercise technically correct, both for aesthetics and for proper development of certain muscles.

Recreational programs for adults
Being an adult doesn’t mean you have to give up on that childhood dream of ballet dance.
Classical ballet exercises give shape, muscle elongation, flexibility and grace of body. Includes basic exercises of classical ballet: ballet barre exercises, center exercises, jumps, leaps and turns, adjusted to attendees who have no experience in classical ballet dance.
An additional advantage of adult ballet compared to other types of recreation is that the attendees in this way become more familiar with the art, which is beautiful as much as demanding.
Adult ballet is a superb way to enjoy yourself with like-minded people.
